‘Life After Covid’ Project Worker

Part-time 3 days (21 hours) per week

Clinks Care Farm Ltd is an innovative social enterprise growing and rearing produce for the local market. The care farm uses the land, its environment, and the surrounding landscapes to provide therapeutic placements by enabling people to use the natural farm environment to aid recovery or use it as a meaningful daycare activity. We are launching a new project ‘Life after Covid’. This occupational therapy informed service offers farm therapy sessions to people who experience long-term mental or physical ill-health as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

We are looking for a project worker, ideally with an occupational therapy background, to facilitate the farm therapy sessions. This post will initially be for 1 year. The salary for 3 days per week will be £13,093 pa

Farm Shop and Produce Worker

37.5 hours per week Salary £18,778 pa

Clinks Care Farm is an innovative social enterprise in Toft Monks, just north of Beccles. We combine the care of the land with the care of people. We take pride in growing and rearing local produce that we sell through our veg box scheme, farmers markets, our farm shop and other outlets. We are looking for an energetic person to be our farm shop and produce worker to start as soon as possible. This post involves managing the farm shop, which is often staffed by volunteers, as well as picking and prepping produce for the shop and orders. Interested?
