Reporter Adam Henson and his film crew visited Clinks Care Farm on Monday 29 February and Tuesday 1 March 2016.

Distressing reports of refugees fleeing their countries because of the effects of war situations and appalling conditions moved us to invite refugees to the farm. Providing a break and respite on the farm away from stress, worries and uncertainties is crucial for managing good mental health, wellbeing and physical health. We continue to work and welcome refugees supported by the Suffolk Refugee Support Group in Ipswich and New Routes in Norwich.

Compassion, humanity and solidarity is needed in times of need!

The episode was broadcast on BBC Countryfile on Sunday 20 March 2016.
