Recruiting Directors
Clinks Care Farm is an award-winning care farm in Toft Monks, South Norfolk. As a social enterprise (Company Limited by Guarantee). We combine care of the land with the care of people. We are seeking to recruit several new Directors to be part of our management committee, to advise and support the managers at Clinks care Farm. The role of director is voluntary and is like the role of a trustee for a charity.
We are looking for new Directors with experience in one or more of the following: –
- management
- Fundraising
- event organising
- farming or horticulture
- health or social care
- IT
The right person for this role will be reliable and trustworthy with great people and communication skills.
The management committee meetings are 2 hours per month with up to 3 hours follow up work after each meeting.
We would also like you to help on the farm and/or at events at least a couple of times a year. This helps with understanding how Clinks care farm works and is run.
This is a very rewarding role, where your experience can make a real difference in supporting a unique social enterprise to build on it’s achievements so far.

Recruiting Treasurer/Director
Clinks Care Farm is an award-winning care farm in Toft Monks, South Norfolk. As a social enterprise (Company Limited by Guarantee). We combine care of the land with the care of people. We are seeking to recruit a new treasuer to be part of our management committee. The is voluntary role and is like the role of a trustee for a charity.
We are looking for a Treasurer who will also be a director on the management committee of Clinks Care Farm.
The Treasurer will have
- experience in business/budget management or finance/accountancy
- have great people skills and communication skills
- be trustworthy and reliable
- Have some management experience
The management committee meetings are 2 hours per month with up to 3 hours follow up work after each meeting.
The Treasurer also attends a budget planning meeting once a year and budget review meetings 3 times a year which take up to 2 hours each.
We would also like you to help on the farm and/or at events at least a couple of times a year. This helps with understanding how Clinks care farm works and is run.

Volunteers Wanted
Gain a real sense of achievement and allow people to make positive changes to their lives through engagement with the activities on the farm. Come and volunteer at Clinks Care Farm, and be part of a great team.
We would like our volunteers to get out of their volunteering as much as they put in. We will invest time to provide support and training. This is why for each role we are recommending a minimum time investment by volunteers. As a social enterprise we have limited resources and volunteers can make a real difference to Clinks Care Farm.
