Ingredients
- ½ cup of water
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp cup of sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tbsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 cumbers peeled and sliced ¼ inch thick
- 3 tomatoes cut into wedges
- ½ onion sliced and cut into rings
Method
- Whisk water, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl until smooth
- Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion and stir to coat.
- Cover bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
