Ingredients

  • ½ cup of water
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tbsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cumbers peeled and sliced ¼ inch thick
  • 3 tomatoes cut into wedges
  • ½ onion sliced and cut into rings

Method

  1. Whisk water, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl until smooth
  2. Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion and stir to coat.
  3. Cover bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
