Staff

Clinks Care Farm is proud to employ not only experienced Horticulturists to sow, tend and harvest our fruit, veg and flowers, but also to employ qualified state-registered occupational therapists to lead on the recovery/ development focused outcomes for those who attend the farm.

You will see a seamless mix of staff working the land, harvesting, tending the animals and developing positive outcomes with our Farm Helpers.

We use advisors to use best practice in growing our crops and caring for our land. We use evidence based measures to plan positive outcomes with the people who attend

We are also proud to attract a host of valuable volunteers, people who bring skills from previous careers in education, horticulture, social services and the NHS, to enhance their roles with us. This also includes those skilled with bees, woodwork, design, cooking and administration. Just really organised, focused, fabulous folk.
