Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ water

Method

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of butter with water in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, cover and cook until softened- about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove cover and cook, stirring often 5-10 minutes or until golden.
  4. Add rest of butter and honey and transfer to serving dish.
